Kinetic Sports Elite

I may be the slowest, light-weight lifting, non-competitive CrossFitter you will ever meet. But, surprise, I've been going almost 6 years :) So, it's only natural I am the default photographer for special events through out the year. Last weekend CrossFit Perimeter hosted the Youth Sports Challenge with Kinetic Sports Elite. It was so fun to see the kids work with Coach Mike on their workout. Kinetic Sports Elite focusing on being active and having fun, not on who is the strongest or fastest. Check out their website to see more upcoming classes and events!
