I’ve gone back to my “mother land” (seriously, I went to primary school at Lakenheath Elementary in Suffolk, England AND my Mum was born in Cambridge)! One of my event photos made it into the Daily Mail UK (online addition). Pretty cool!

The annual photography awards, now in their seventh year, were held in November 2020, with a virtual awards ceremony streamed by a host of event photographers and industry professionals.

Founded by event staffing agency Off To Work, this year's Event Photography Awards were made all the more poignant by the impact of Covid on the events industry in 2020. The awards saw thousands of votes online - usually placed in person at a live awards ceremony - for a longlist of over 600 photos.

And the 'People's Choice' votes saw a record 70 photographers being shortlisted across 16 categories.

I’m so excited that one of my photos made the list in the wedding category! As a corporate event photographer, I only work with a handful couples a year, but my wedding photos always do well in my submissions! :) Here is another wedding photo that made the 2017 Top 100 in the Shoot & Share photo contest..
